The Early Learning Partnership (ELP) Multi-donor Trust Fund was established in 2015 to scale-up access to quality early childhood interventions and improve outcomes for young children by supporting ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ teams and countries to develop programs, policies and research to improve Early Childhood Development (ECD) around the world. In July 2022 it was associated to the FLC.
