Despite corruption and conflict in Africa, civic engagement offers hope. Restoring trust in institutions and improving governance will do the following: (1) Transform Africa¡¯s economic future - Africa¡¯s economy faces challenges, but trade and investment drive transformative progress; (2)?Raise Africa¡¯s human capital - Africa¡¯s human capital gaps are substantial, but health and education investments can yield positive results; (3) Foster sustainable growth - Africa¡¯s natural environment is vulnerable, but the green energy revolution can sustain its future.
