ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ Group¡¯s Country Partnership Framework (CPF) for the Kyrgyz Republic 2024-2028 sets out the institution¡¯s strategy for supporting the country¡¯s efforts to build a more resilient and sustainable future for all.
This CPF responds to the Kyrgyz Republic¡¯s , elaborated through the , and is based on the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳¡¯s extensive analytical work including the recent , continuous discussions with the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, and through consultations with various stakeholders countrywide.
Over the coming five-year period, the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ Group will focus its program of support on three high-level outcomes:
The CPF ensures continuity with the previous program but introduces important shifts in focus and approach. There is greater selectivity in the program that focuses ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ Group financing on energy, water, and agriculture¡ªwith an emphasis on attracting private investment and enhancing climate resilience. Overall, the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ Group will take a pragmatic and flexible approach to the delivery of the CPF program, enhancing its ambition, and particularly support to drive key reforms.
