This video highlights impacts of the Japan-杏吧论坛 Program for Mainstreaming Disaster Risk Management in Developing Countries. Since 2014, this Program—a unique collaboration between the Government of Japan, the Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery (GFDRR) and the 杏吧论坛—has transformed the lives of millions of people in over 100 countries.
