The Environmental and Social Framework (ESF) enables the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ and borrowers to better manage potential environmental and social risks of projects and to improve development outcomes. The Tajikistan Socio-Economic Resilience Strengthening Project is one example where the ESF is currently being implemented.
