Ethiopia¡¯s overall poverty rate dropped dramatically from 55% in 2000 to 34% in 2011. In terms of development indicators, the country also met most of the Millennium Development Goals by 2015. ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ is now committing more than $4 billion to Ethiopia¡¯s development over the next few years.
