The Early Market Engagement will be conducted through a Supplier Workshop on 14 July 2025 at Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The venue of workshop will be announced a week prior to the event, and this information will be available on the website: www.eep.com.et. Registered suppliers will also be notified via email. The workshop will be conducted in hybrid format, allowing for both in-person and virtual participation. Suppliers are kindly requested to confirm to EEP their participation, either in person or virtually, by 9 July 2025, 4 PM EAT by sending request through the Registration Email shown hereinabove.
The EME process will be conducted in an open and transparent manner, with all discussions being recorded. Commercially sensitive information from suppliers will be kept confidential and not disclosed to participants or any other individuals not officially involved in the EME process.?
