Fily Sissoko is the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ Resident Representative for Togo, based in Lom¨¦. Prior to his appointment, Fily Sissoko was Manager of the Governance Global Practice for the East Asia and Pacific region, based in Bangkok.
An Ivorian national, he joined the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ in 2002 as a financial management specialist in the Dakar office.
In his new functions, he has three main priorities: (i) strengthen the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳'s commitment to Togo to continue supporting the government's roadmap implementation, particularly in terms of economic and social inclusion; (ii) strengthen dialogue with national authorities and key stakeholders; and (iii) provide leadership to the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ team in Togo.
