ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ Group (WB) is looking to recruit a  qualified vendor to prepare a summary report on best practices for the design and development of a comprehensive price comparison website (PCW) for financial services; including banking products; loans and insurance provided by the financial institutions; provide capacity building and training to the National Bank of Tajikistan (NBT¡¯s) in-house team of about 8 staff on best practices for the development and maintenance of the  platform  as well as provide on-going clarifications to the WB on the project implementation; as needed. The instructions and the summary report with graphical presentation shall be based on the best international practices applied for such platforms in similar environments. The main purpose of this assignment is to equip the Client with the necessary knowledge and tools they can use for the design and development of the platform that will enable users by offering transparent; up-to-date comparisons of financial products and services across a range of providers. 2. ObjectivesTo prepare a summary report with a graphic presentation on international best practice for the design and development of PCW for financial services; provide training to NBT IT resources on the best practices for the design and implementation of a streamlined; user-friendly platform for comparing financial products.
