The objective of this consultancy is to support the design and implementation of a productive uses of energy (PUE) window under the Mwinda Fund; starting with the implementation of the first actual financing activities under the PUE window. This PUE window aims to foster a thriving and sustainable PUE ecosystem in DRC; anchored around the energy infrastructure funded by the Mwinda Fund. The work will be iterative; allowing for adjustments based on lessons learned from implementation on the ground. The PUE window can entail various calls for proposals; direct invitations by the Fund Manager for innovative solutions; technical assistance and other approaches and instruments to develop PUE under this window.
