ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ requires the services of a specialized contractor for a turnkey modernization of six elevator cabs, including: ? - New Technology: Upgrading control systems and mechanical components to enhance performance and reliability.? - Safety Mechanisms: Updating safety features to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of all users. Installing new Stentofon (communication system) to match the rest of the campus. ? - Electrical Work: Replacing outdated electrical systems to support the new elevator technology and improve energy efficiency.? - Mechanical Work: Overhauling mechanical components to ensure smooth and efficient operation.? Mandatory Criteria: Only those Offerors with sufficient experience, the financial strength and stability and the demonstrable technical knowledge will qualify for further consideration. The following mandatory criteria will be applied: 1. The company has been in business for at least ten (10) years; 2. The company has not been involved in any litigation action in the past five (5) years which resulted in damages being awarded to the litigant, based on either failure to perform or due to errors and omissions; 3. The company has all required licenses, permits and related paperwork to operate as a Contractor in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in Washington DC; 4. The company has successfully completed at least three (3) projects in the last five (5) years with similar size and scope to the one of this solicitation. Projects should be in and around Washington DC; 5. The company has minimum annual gross revenues of USD 15M per annum on average for the last 3 years.
