Youmna Al Hourani is an Analyst with the Utility Services topic of the Business Ready Unit. Since Joining the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ in 2019, her analytical work focuses on enhancing the efficiency and reliability of utility services, leveraging data-driven methodologies to identify and address key constraints in the energy sector. Before her current role, Youmna was a Monitoring and Evaluation Project Assistant at the National Democratic Institute in Washington D.C. where she played a role in tracking and enhancing youth inclusion programs in political and economic debates in Iraq and Lebanon. Youmna also served as a Multilateral Cooperation and Outreach Officer at the International Labor Organization IN New York City, where she effectively advanced the ILO’s migration agenda during high-level United Nations meetings. She speaks French and Arabic.
